Ingredients: 1 × 300 ml/⅔ pint carton long-life cream; 1 × 400 ml/¾ pint tin sweetened condensed milk; 2 tablespoons rosewater; 1 × 400 ml/¾ pint tin evaporated milk; a dash of cochineal or other red food colouring; 2 tablespoons rose petal jelly, melted; 8 crystallised rose petals; 1 tablespoon powdered rose petals

This kulfi is ideal for those occasions when you need to be able to rustle up a quick dessert from the freezer.
