The range of martinis on offer in bars is seemingly endless. Here is another, in which the rose and lemon taste just as in the toothsome sweetmeat.
Wet the rim of the martini glass and dip it in the powdered icing sugar. Stir or shake the remaining ingredients, at length, over plenty of ice and strain into the prepared glass. Splash or spray a little rosewater over the surface before serving to obtain the authentic sweet Turkish Delight experience.
