This is my own version of a classic cocktail, which you can make with the sirop de violette from Toulouse.

Ingredients

  • 1 measure crème de cassis
  • 1 measure vodka
  • 1 measure still mineral water

Method

Stir all the ingredients over ice and strain into a chilled glass.
