IT WILL NOT ONLY ADD GREAT DEPTH TO THE DISH, BUT IT ALSO RELEASES MANY MEDICINAL ANTIBACTERIAL QUALITIES. THE AROMATIC FRAGRANCE OF THE SPICES REMINDS ME OF HOME-COOKED COMFORT FOOD.
