I HAD ONLY EVER COOKED CHICKEN WITH LEMONGRASS AND CHILLI BEFORE I TRIED IT IN QUY NHON MADE WITH PORK NECK. IT WAS JUST AS SUCCULENT AS THE CHICKEN VERSION, AND THE PORK SOAKED UP THE DELICIOUS SAUCE BEAUTIFULLY.
