Method

Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the oil and fry the garlic until lightly browned. Increase the heat, then add the pork belly and ½ teaspoon each of salt and freshly ground black pepper, and stir-fry for 3 minutes, or until the pork is brown. Add the bamboo shoots, spring onions, fish sauce an
