DALAT IS FULL OF FRESH, VIBRANT AND COLOURFUL PRODUCE. I COULD LIVE ON VEGETABLES AND FRUITS ALONE IF I LIVED THERE. IF YOU ARE VEGETARIAN, OMIT THE OYSTER SAUCE AND ADD ONE TEASPOON OF DARK SOY SAUCE INSTEAD.

  • 40 g ( oz) dried bean thread (glass) vermicelli noodles
  • 2 tablespoons vegetab

Method

Soak the bean thread vermicelli in water for 20 minutes, then drain and cut using kitchen scissors into 10 cm (4 inch) lengths.

Heat a wok over medium heat, then add the oil and garlic and stir-fry
