  • 2 teaspoons garlic oil<


Combine the vinegar, garlic oil, sugar and 2 tablespoons water in a bowl, and stir to dissolve the sugar. Season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper and stir to combine. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 2 days.
