  • 200 g (7 oz) preserved white bean curd
  • 2 tablespoons preserved bean curd liquid

Method

Put the bean curd in a bowl and mash with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients and stir well to dissolve the sugar. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
