  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 2 tablespoons white peppercorns

Method

Heat a small frying pan over medium heat, add the sea salt and peppercorns and dry-roast until fragrant. Remove and cool. Using a mortar and pestle, finely grind the sea salt and peppercorns or use an electric spice grinder. Mix the salt and pepper with the lemon juice. Use immediately as a dipping sauce for steamed crabs or grilled lobster or prawns.
