  • 5 tablespoons caster (superfine) sugar
  • 4 tablespoons fish sauce

Method

In a bowl, combine the sugar and fish sauce, stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Add the lemon juice, garlic and chilli and stir to combine. Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 3 days.
