Ingredients

  • 8 cups white flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Warm water to make a softish dough
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup banana yeast

Method

  • Mix everything and knead for five to six minutes.
  • Grease a loaf tin and stuff dough into it.
  • Let it rise for two hours.
  • Bake in the oven for forty minutes at 350°F, 180°C, gas mark 4.
  • Or find and break up an anthill.
