Ingredients

  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 4 tbsp caster sugar
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • ½ tsp saffron
  • 1 cup curd cheese or ricotta
  • ¼ tsp ground cardamom
  • ¼ cup chopped raw pistachios and flaked almonds

Method

  • Mix all ingredients except for the nuts and refrigerate overnight, covered with cling film.
  • Before serving beat the mixture. Add the nuts and serve.
