Ingredients

  • Meat taken from the legs of the chicken (keep the bones)
  • ½ tsp freshly milled pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tins sweetcorn
  • 2 fresh, finely chopped green chillies
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • A bunch of spring onions

Method

  • Melt butter and fry the spring onions for five minutes.
  • Add all the other ingredients and stir-fry.
  • Serve on hot toast.
