  • 2 tins sweetcorn kernels, drained
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • 2 oz butter


  • Melt the butter until it froths.
  • Add corn, the seasonings and the corriander, and cook for a couple of minutes.
  • You can add a squeeze of lime if you want.
