Ingredients

  • 1 lb minced chicken
  • 1 green chilli
  • ½ tsp salt

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients together except for the oil.
  • Cover and chill for three to four hours.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and lightly grease the top.
  • Have ready a bowl with hot water, and start making sausage shapes with the mixture, dipping your hands in the water from time to time – they don’t need to be perfect shapes.
