Ingredients
- 1 large salmon, filleted and cut in half lengthways
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 fresh chillies
Method
- Mix the oil and paste, and spread it liberally over the fish.
- Wrap the fish loosely in foil.
- Chill for a few hours.
- Bake for fifteen minutes (375°F, 190°C, gas mark 5).
- Open the package and return to the oven for five more minutes.
- Serve with healthy baked potato – NO BUTTER; use the juices from the fish.
