When I first laid eyes on those adorable little green peppers in New Mexico, it was love at first bite. Or sight. Or both really; I just fell head over heels.
I highly recommend this recipe if you have access to a local farmer’s market. I love to pick my peppers up from our local farmer’s market; they are usually top quality and better than anything I can find in the grocery store. It also feels great to support our wonderful and hard-working local farmers.
