This is such a simple dish to entertain your guests, and the best part about it is the amount of vegetables and garlic used in the recipe – it’s a great way to add more greens to your diet. You can use any pasta that suits your dietary requirements and it will still taste amazing.
Heat the oil in a wok/frying pan over a medium heat. Once hot, add the garlic and cook for 10–15 seconds until caramelized. Add the chili and cook for 5 seconds. Add the shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes. Add the oyster sauce, mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes. Add the broccoli and cook for 2–3 minutes. Turn the heat off.
