If you have a spiralizer, spiralize the carrots and the apple, and cut into slightly shorter lengths. Alternatively, slice the carrots and apple thinly and then slice again into think strips. Put in a bowl, add the bean and alfalfa seed sprouts and mix together.
To make the dressing, put the tofu, milk, mustard, lemon juice or rice vinegar and salt and pepper in a
