Here a combination of sprouted beans and seeds is mixed with spiralized sweet and juicy carrot and apple. The smooth creamy tofu dressing adds extra protein to the salad.

Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, peeled
  • 1 green-skinned eating apple
  • 115 g/4

Method

  1. If you have a spiralizer, spiralize the carrots and the apple, and cut into slightly shorter lengths. Alternatively, slice the carrots and apple thinly and then slice again into think strips. Put in a bowl, add the bean and alfalfa seed sprouts and mix together.
