This energizing blend is simply bursting with goodness, just what you need when the morning has got off to a slow start. Not only is tofu a perfect source of protein, it is also rich in minerals and contains nutrients that protect against disease.

Ingredients

  • 250 g/9 oz firm tofu, drained
  • 200 g/7

Method

  1. Roughly chop the tofu, then hull and roughly chop the strawberries. Reserve a few strawberry chunks.
  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth, scraping the mixture down from the side of the bowl, if necessary.
  3. Pour into tumblers and sprinkle with extra seeds and strawberry chunks.
