Grapefruit prepared this way has a delicate green colour and a delicious fresh peppermint flavour. Ideal to serve before a rich meal.
Cut the grapefruit in two and, using a grapefruit knife, loosen the segments in each half. Squeeze the flesh and juice into a basin.
