  • 4 sparerib pork chops
  • seasoned flour
  • ½ oz (15 g)

Method

Trim any fat that is extra, from the chops and dip both sides of the meat in seasoned flour. Add to the hot fat in a frying pan, brown quickly on both sides, then lift the chops from the pan and place in a casserole dish.

Peel and slice the onion. Deseed and shred the green pepper. Add the onion and green pepper to the hot fat in the pan, and fry gently for about 5 minutes, stirring occ
