  • 1 small lettuce
  • 2 stalks celery
  • ½ cucumber

Method

Wash and drain the lettuce and separate into leaves. Tear the leaves into smaller pieces if large, and set aside.

Shred the stalks of celery, peel and dice the cucumber, peel and slice the tomatoes and the apple, and slice the banana. Squeeze the lemon juice over the apple and banana to keep them white. Place the prepared ingredients together in a bowl and toss with the salad cream.
