Use the commercially prepared horseradish relish for this recipe. It gives a very good flavour.
In a basin mix together the horseradish relish and soured cream. Add a seasoning of salt and pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Allow to stand for 1 hour before serving, so that the flavour may develop.
Serve with hot or cold roast beef, with grilled steaks or with beef galant
