Method

Pizza takes time to prepare, but freezes well and can be quickly reheated. Hot pizza makes an excellent cocktail party snack. Sieve the flour and salt into a mixing basin. Blend the fresh yeast with the warm water. If using dried yeast, dissolve the sugar in the hand-hot water and sprinkle in the dried yeast.
