Method

Have the turkey drawn and cleaned by the butcher and check weight so that cooking time may be calculated. If you have a frozen oven-ready turkey, allow to thaw slowly for up to 48 hours and do not remove from the vacuum sealed bag until you are ready to stuff and roast it.
