  • 2 ripe avocado pears
  • 8 oz (225 g) fresh cream cheese
  • juice of

Method

Halve the avocado pears, remove the stones and scoop out the flesh. Mash well with a fork and add to the cream cheese along with remaining ingredients. Beat well until smooth and quite soft, or, for best results, blend to a purée in an electric blender.

Serve with salted biscuits.
