Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) fresh cream cheese
  • 2–3 tablespoons single cream

Method

Measure the cream cheese, single cream and horseradish relish into a basin. Beat well to mix the ingredients, then add the Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste. Mix again, leave to stand for an hour or more for flavours to develop.

Serve this dip with trimmed cauliflower sprigs and carrot sticks for dipping.
