  • 8 oz (225 g) plain flour

Method

Sift together the flour and seasoning. Rub in the butter until the mixture is fine and crumbly. Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Stir in sufficient beaten egg to mix to a rough dough. Turn the dough out on to a lightly floured board and knead untill smooth. Roll out to approximately ¼ inch (
