These are easy to prepare and, if they are all threaded close together on long skewers ready for grilling, very quick to cook.
Trim the rinds from the bacon rashers, stretch the rashers slightly by pressing them flat along the working surface with a knife. Cut each rasher in half and roll a portion of one of the three fillings in each piece of bacon.
