A delicious recipe from Cyprus, where it is served with all grilled kebabs.
Peel the cucumber and cut in half lengthwise. Remove centre seeds and dice the flesh. Place in a bowl with the peeled and finely chopped onion. Add the yogurt, a seasoning of salt and pepper and the mint. Mix well and serve with grilled steaks or kebabs.
