Break the chocolate into pieces and place with the honey in a small mixing basin. Set over a saucepan of hot, but not boiling, water and stir occasionally until the chocolate is melted and the mixture smooth. Stir in the raisins and blend well.
Drop teaspoons of the mixture on to a buttered or foil-lined baking tray. Decorate with pieces of glacé cherry or angelica and chill until set f
