Beat the flour, egg and liquid together to make a smooth batter. Let it stand while you prepare the rest of the ingredients. Peel, deseed and dice the tomatoes.

Remove the stones from the olives, and chop them. Mix the tomatoes and olives with the rest of the ingredients. Lightly oil a bun tin, or use a non-stick tin. Put a teaspoonful of the mixture in each tin, pour on the batter, and
