Ingredients

  • 4 spring onions or 1 small leek, trimmed and finely sliced

Method

Mix the vegetables with the garlic and ginger, and then add the oil, soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Mix in the chicken meat, prawns and mushrooms. Season to taste. Spoon a little of the mixture into the centre of one wonton wrapper, floury side up, dampen the edges, and pinch it together to seal it. Fill the rest in the same way. The wontons can then be deep-fried, steamed or simmered in soup.</
