I imagine eating this lovely summery snack in a shaded garden or taking it on a picnic.
Pile the radishes into a serving bowl. Divide the butter into three, and into each portion, mix one of the next three ingredients. Season with pepper, and pack each butter into a small ramekin. Serve with crusty bread and a bowl of coarse salt.
