Put the chicken wings in a large bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, and pour over the chicken, turning to coat thoroughly. Cover, refrigerate and leave overnight. When ready to grill the meat, drain the pieces, letting the marinade drip back. Grill the chicken wings, brushing with the marinade from time to time.
Remove and pile on a platter. Boil the marinade for 3–4 minutes, and serve with the chicken.
