Peel, trim and chop the vegetables, and put in a food processor with three quarters of the meat and prawns. Dice the rest and reserve. Process the meat, prawns and vegetables with the soy sauce and sesame oil until you have a smooth paste. Spoon a little into each wonton wrapper, wet the edges, and draw together to make a bundle. Pinch together to seal it. Bring the stock to the boil, and drop in the dumplings and the reserved meat and prawns. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
