  • few saffron threads
  • ¼ pt / 140 ml boiling water

Method

Put the saffron in a bowl, and pour on a little boiling water. In a bowl or food processor, mix the dry ingredients, and add all the liquids, including the oil and the saffron liquor. When it is thoroughly mixed, knead it for 10 minutes on a floured surface until smooth and elastic. Quickly shape it
