Ingredients

  • 1 lb / 455 g potatoes, peeled
  • pinch of salt

Method

Boil the potatoes and when cooked, drain and mash them. Put on a floured worktop, and sprinkle on the salt and baking powder. Work in as much flour as needed to make into a fairly stiff dough. Roll out and cut into triangles or rounds, about ½ in / 1
