Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp lavender flowers
  • 4 oz / 110 g caster sugar

Method

Put the lavender and sugar in a clean coffee grinder, and grind to a powder. Whisk the egg white lightly, and fold in the dry ingredients. Line baking sheets with non-stick baking paper, and put spoonfuls of the mixture on to them, well spaced out. Flatten them slightly and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C / 350°F / Ma
