Cheese and Fruit Tart

Method

Mix 8 oz / 230 g grated apple with 2 oz / 60 g butter, melted, 1 oz / 30 g sugar and a little ground cinnamon. Smear a little mincemeat over the base of the prepared pastry case, spread about 4 oz / 110 g cream cheese on top, and finally spoon in the apple mixture. Dot with butter, and bake as above.
