  • 2–3 ripe raspberries
  • 1 tsp icing sugar or sugar syrup
  • ½ measure of

Method

Put the raspberries in the bottom of a wine glass or cocktail glass. Sprinkle with icing sugar, and add the eau de vie. Top up with ice cold tonic water.
