  • 1 tbsp clear honey
  • 1 miniature Orange Curaçao orCointreau
  • 12

Method

In a large glass jug, mix the honey and liqueur. Squeeze the oranges, and carefully pour the juice into the honey mixture, avoiding splashing the sides of the jug as much as possible. Pour in the champagne, mix and serve.
