This is a rich, sweet treat for those who love chocolate. One at the end of a delicious meal is hardly going to do much harm, however.
In a small, non-stick saucepan gently melt and stir together the first three ingredients. Allow to cool, and then put in the refrigerator or on ice cubes to make quite firm. Working quickly, scoop off small pieces with a teaspoon, and roll into small balls. Roll in the icing sugar, and place in individual paper sweet cases. Store in the refrigerator, and eat within 3–4 days.
