We made this on Boxing Day with a giant smoked gammon joint (a great buy from Lidl!). Everyone was fighting to get some of the delicious sticky caramelized marmalade glaze. Very impressive looking too, but I forgot to take a pic 😢.

Really looking forward to trying more recipes in this book to make use of my strategic stockpile of home-made marmalade. Plus making more marmalade with the new-season Sevilles, of course.
