I have made marmalade with this recipe for years and years. It is a good method when making bulk supplies. I could not resist leaving the quantities in pounds and pints, just for old times’ sake. I’ll never get used to metric measures! Of course, we now have another reason to make marmalade - for breakfast for our guests in The House Over-By.
