  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 level tsp caster sugar
  • 1

Method

Mix all the ingredients together except the olive oil.

Whisk the olive oil into the lemon base ingredients, slowly, a small amount at a time, until it is well mixed together and beginning to thicken slightly.
