  • 250 ml fresh double cream
  • Finely grated rind and juice of 1 large lemon

Method

Whisk all the ingredients together until holding just firm.

Spoon on top of fresh strawberries.

Eat and enjoy!

Serve with home-made shortbread biscuits.
