Skye’s own malt whisky, Talisker, and heather honey in particular, are an unbeatable combination of flavours, perfect with raspberries.
Ingredients
250 ml 1 tbsp 1 generous
Method
Toast the oatmeal by spreading an even layer on a flat baking sheet and leaving it in the bottom of a warm oven until it turns a darker shade of brown.
Leave to cool and store in an airtight container until required.
